These terms govern your purchase and use of Career Operating System™ ("CareerOS"), supplied by byNadiaBlanco™, 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. By purchasing, you agree to them.
CareerOS is a digital career management application accessed through your web browser. Purchase grants one individual a personal, non-transferable licence to use it.
You pay £127 once. There is no subscription and no recurring fee.
Access is granted immediately on payment. You set your own password and can log in from any device.
We intend to provide CareerOS for as long as reasonably practicable. If we ever have to discontinue it, we will give you reasonable notice and the means to export your data first.
This sale is final. CareerOS is non-refundable.
CareerOS is digital content supplied immediately. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you would normally have 14 days to cancel — but that right is lost once supply of digital content begins with your consent.
By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to CareerOS and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to cancel.
This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If something is broken, contact us and we will fix it — or, if we cannot, put it right.
You may use CareerOS for your own professional career. You may not:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund.
CareerOS, its modules, frameworks, naming and written content are the intellectual property of byNadiaBlanco™. Purchase grants a licence to use it — it does not transfer ownership of anything.
The data you enter into CareerOS remains yours.
What you put into CareerOS is stored so it can sync across your devices. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the information you enter, including any personal data belonging to third parties such as your clients and contacts.
CareerOS is a system and a set of tools. It is not a guarantee of bookings, representation, income or any particular career outcome. What you get from it depends on how you use it.
We provide CareerOS with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or excludes any right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Keep your own backups of anything critical. CareerOS includes an export function and we recommend using it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
